What You Need

  1. Formstack Forms account
  2. Microsoft Dynamics account

How It Works

  1. Build your Formstack form and authenticate the connection between Formstack and Power Automate.
  2. Once authenticated, select your form, choose Microsoft Dynamics, and decide what action will trigger upon form submission.
  3. Once the flow and triggers are set up, you can now use form data to create leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts in your Microsoft CRM account.

How It Works

  1. Upload and/or build your document template in Formstack Documents and set up your delivery.
  2. Create a Formstack Documents and Microsoft Dynamics CRM flow within Power Automate and authenticate your accounts.
  3. Once authenticated, map your document merge fields to the appropriate fields within your Dynamics instance and save your flow.
